Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and your account. The commercial relationship — what you are paid, when, for what, and on which conditions — is governed by the master agreement you sign electronically inside the platform. If these terms and your signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18, and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, attempt to game attribution, or misrepresent who they are.

Results are attributed through the partner ID we issue you and the reporting our clients provide. We record what the client reports; we do not estimate, project, or invent performance. Disputes about a specific record are resolved against the client’s source data.

Payouts run through Stripe on the schedule and terms in your signed agreement. We may withhold or claw back amounts attributable to fraudulent or reversed results, as the agreement describes. U.S. tax documentation (W-9) is required before money moves.

You keep ownership of content you create. Licenses you grant for campaign content are scoped in your signed agreement, not here. The platform, its software, and its marks are ours.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for claims relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars; liability connected to a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the platform and by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Your signed agreement changes only by a signed amendment.
