Who we are

First Media Solution (“we”, “us”) operates a platform that connects influencers with the campaigns we run for our clients, tracks the results those campaigns produce, and pays influencers commission on them. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, and a password (stored only as a salted hash). If you enable two-factor authentication, an encrypted authenticator secret.
  • Agreement records. The contracts you sign with us, your typed signature, the time of signature, and hashed technical metadata (IP address and browser, stored only as one-way hashes).
  • Performance records. Our clients report campaign outcomes — leads, applications, approvals, enrollments — keyed to the partner ID we issue you. These records identify the client’s contact only by the client’s own opaque identifier; we do not receive names or contact details of the people in your funnel.
  • Payout information. Payouts run through Stripe. Your bank details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. For U.S. tax reporting we collect W-9 information; your taxpayer identification number is stored encrypted, and only its last four digits are ever displayed.
  • Usage. Server logs and an audit trail of sensitive actions in your account (sign-ins, signatures, payout events).

What we use it for

Running the service: matching you with campaigns, attributing results to your partner ID, calculating and paying commission, meeting our tax and accounting obligations, and securing accounts. We send transactional email (agreements, payout confirmations, password resets). We do not send marketing email without separate consent.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your earnings or rates with other influencers.
  • We do not disclose your contact details to clients beyond what a signed agreement requires.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, expires after two weeks, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The marketing site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share data with the processors that run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email) and Stripe (payments and payouts, including 1099 tax reporting). Each processes data under its own binding terms. We disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. Signed agreements, payout ledgers, and tax records are retained as long as law and accounting standards require, then deleted. To close your account or request deletion of everything not under a legal hold, contact us at the address on your agreement.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion, subject to the retention obligations above. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/EEA) you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests under them regardless of residence.

Contact

Privacy questions and requests: use the contact address on your agreement, or write to us through the form on this site. We respond within 30 days.
